Many products sold by Atlantic Surplus Direct are brand new in their original packaging. In some cases, packaging may be opened solely to verify the contents and condition of the product. Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, the product itself remains unused.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure this information is accurate, but manufacturer specifications and packaging may change.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues or shipping restrictions.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Estimated delivery times are:

Canada: 2–8 business days
United States: 4–10 business days
International: Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

For eligible non-defective returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Customers must contact Atlantic Surplus Direct before returning an item to obtain return authorization and instructions.

SECTION 7 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges and other fees imposed by their country or jurisdiction.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless specifically stated otherwise.

International delivery times may vary because of customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, warranty service may need to be handled directly through the manufacturer.
